Sylvia Tilly, Joy of Discovery [Star Trek]

When Sylvia Tilly enters, surveil 2. (Look at the top two cards of your library, then put any number of them into your graveyard and the rest on top of your library in any order.)
At the beginning of combat on your turn, you may pay {1} and exile a card from your graveyard. When you do, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.
