The cost of Custom miniatures varies from item to item, generally speaking the average D&D Miniature (28mm) costs around 6.99 while a large tank for games like Warhammer cost around 50$ to ensure our time is managed properly a 5.00 Desposit is required to use our custom services, that will be put against the remaining total at time of pickup!

Custom 3D Printing Service – Disclaimer and Terms of Service

By submitting and signing this form, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Final Design Approval
   All information, designs, and specifications provided in this form are considered final. The submitted form serves as the customer's authorization to proceed with printing. Please verify all details carefully before submission, as changes cannot be made once printing begins.
   
   

2. Payment Policy
   Full payment is required at pickup of the prints. Printing services will commence shortly after this form is received.

3. Damaged Items
   We guarantee replacement of any models that are received damaged. Claims must be submitted within 3 Days of receipt, accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the damage. This guarantee does not cover damage due to misuse, alteration, or improper handling after delivery/pickup.
   
   

4. File Legality and Responsibility
   By submitting files or design instructions, the customer confirms that they have the legal right to use, modify, and reproduce the content. We are not liable for any copyright infringement or misuse of third-party intellectual property provided by the customer.
   
   

5. File Storage and Privacy
   All submitted digital files will be securely deleted from our system after the completion and pickup of the order. We do not archive or retain customer files unless expressly requested in writing. We do not share, sell, or distribute any customer data or designs.
   
   

Limitation of Liability
Our responsibility is limited to producing the model according to the specifications provided. We are not liable for the performance, structural integrity, or safety of the printed item, especially in functional or load-bearing applications. The customer assumes all risk associated with the use of the printed object.
